Kapil serves as CEO of Dvara Solutions. He is a highly accomplished and successful product specialist with an experience of over 24 years. At Dvara Solutions, he leverages his technical knowledge and business experience in guiding the team to aligning their operations with the vision and business strategy of the company, across all verticals – Technology, Products, Processes, Business Intelligence and Training. His primary focus is on facilitating Dvara Solutions to make its offering, standardised and secure by making it scalable, replicable and customisable.

Kapil was one of the founding members of i-exceed, a company dedicated to developing technological application and services, where he managed the organization’s product development initiative. He was also responsible for conceptualizing, developing and launching a mobile application development suite. Prior to i-exceed, he has had years of specialization in leading, managing and implementing different stages of product life cycles for multiple products of one of the financial sector’s most successful banking product suites – FLEXCUBE. He is well renowned for his techno-functional capabilities spanning the breadth of different banking domains including retail, corporate/wholesale and investment banking.

Kapil possesses the capability to conceptualize architecture from the perspective of an enterprise and his greatest strength lies in his attention to detail. Kapil holds a B.Tech degree in Electrical Power Engineering from IIT Madras and an M.Tech degree in Integrated Electronic Circuits Engineering from IIT Delhi.
