B. N. Srikrishna Jurist

Justice B. N. Srikrishna is a retired Judge of the Supreme Court of India. During his illustrious career, he has served as a head of various committees formed by the Indian government at multiple levels, with his most recent appointment being as the chair of the committee that was tasked with drafting a data protection law for the country. Earlier he was the chairman of the Financial Sector Legislative Reforms Commission (FSLRC). He currently also works as an independent arbitrator.
