Buhle Goslar is the Chief Customer Officer at JUMO, a technology platform connecting millions of un(der)served people and businesses to progressive financial choices on their mobile phones in Africa and Asia. She has held senior leadership roles in product management, customer strategy and insights, marketing communications and ESG for over 18 years. Focusing primarily on the financial services, technology, retail, and tourism sectors – Buhle has worked across Sub-Saharan Africa, Asian and European markets. A certified international retail banker, she also holds a BCom Marketing Degree from UNISA and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town.
