Smriti Parsheera NIPFP

Smriti Parsheera is a Fellow at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy, New Delhi where she leads the work on technology policy. Her research interests lie in the areas of privacy and digital rights, telecom policy, competition policy and regulatory governance. She has previously worked with the United Nations Development Programme, the Competition Commission of India and L&L Law Offices.

Smriti graduated from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore and did her LLM from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law along with a Certificate Course in Law and Business from the Wharton School. She is currently pursuing a PhD in policy studies from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
