Yamuna Sastry, Co-Founder Dvara Money & Founder of CabDost, part of team launched Spark Money neo bank for gig and unorganised for Urban Bharat. From running bootstrapped startup for 4 years to a merger, Yamuna has lead teams assisting 60000+ gig and unorganized for tax filing & financial inclusion in urban underserved communities. Women Transforming India Awardee 2018 organized by WEP- NITI Aayog and UN India. Represented India twice at Global Entrepreneurship Summit 2017 and 2019 organized in Hyderabad and The Hague, Netherlands. Was part of OECD’s Tax Morale Conference, Paris 2019. The U.S State Department Alumni received special recognition by Donald Trump, 45th president of the United States and The White House for the contribution during the program. Winner of pitch winner for Government of Karnataka’s Elevate 100 Tech grant and Community Slate, accelerator program by We-Hub, Government of Telangana and Australian Aid. Was part of Reliance Industries spotlight in their Annual 2019 report representing Jio Gen Next 2019 Fintech cohort.
Yamuna , has pursued M.Com from Jain University , PGDBA from Mount Carmel Autonomous , Professional Fellows Exchange Program from University of Oklahoma & U.S State Department, Evidence in Public Policy from Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford and Upsurge, XLRI Executive Leadership Program.
Previous stint has worked with REVA University for 3 years taught Corporate Law, Entrepreneurship & Strategic Marketing. Was part of core team setting up Entrepreneurship Cell at the University. Also, served as Senior Risk Consultant at KPMG and lead large engagements for Shell, Century Link, Emersion and other Fortune 500 companies.
