Ajay is CEO of Shram Sarathi, which works on the financial inclusion of migrant workers. Prior to this, he has had over 11 years of experience in management consulting, business analytics, strategy and digital transformations. Ajay has worked with McKinsey & Company in the past and is an alumnus of IIT (BHU) and NMIMS.
Shram Sarathi is a not for profit organization working on the financial inclusion of migrant labourers. 95% of the beneficiaries come from SC & ST communities. Shram Sarathi offers services such as insurance, pension, credit, savings, remittances and financial literacy to seasonal migrant communities that help in improving returns from migration and making it a positive livelihood opportunity. These products and programs are specially designed for migrant communities to enable better management of savings and reduction of financial risks.
