Ms. Bama has over two and a half decades of experience in Financial Services with 10+ years of C-Suite and Board experience. She is currently SVP Finance at Sundaram Finance. She also serves as a Director on the Board of Sundaram Alternate Assets Limited.
Prior to joining Sundaram Finance, Bama worked for over a decade with Northern Arc Capital, a pioneer in the ecosystem of impact investing and financial inclusion, playing multiple CXO roles and last serving as Executive Director on the Board. She started her career with a decade at ICICI Bank, across multiple roles both in India and abroad.
She is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and a CFA ® charter holder.
Bama serves as Director, Dvara Research Foundation, an institution committed to research and policy advocacy to further financial access especially to the underprivileged, and is an Advisor to the Board of Swadha Foundation, a non-profit enabling access to education for the underprivileged.
