We recently hosted a series of knowledge management sessions at our office, as part of which we had invited Richa Roy of AZB & Partners as one of the speakers. In her session Richa talked about the state of bankruptcy law in India and what ails the present system. She talked about how the recent Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, which she helped draft, proposed by the Bankruptcy Law Reform Committee, aims to reform it, touching upon aspects relating to both individuals and companies.
